Song of Elements UnitedWater, fire, earth and wind
Thunder ignites light within Shadows craving darkness fall Life sustaining through it all Can you hear the wind's loud shouts? Can you see the tree's high spout? Can you feel the flames dance high, Or feel the waves come passing by? Light and darkness overwhelm Lightning that pours to the ground Earth's divine calamity, Can you feel it here with me? Here and now and all through time Even forward or in rewind, Worlds of gifts do come to you As in darkness light shines through. Water, fire, earth and air Bound together with little care Lightning strikes the soil new As rainbows shine in colored hues. Do not doubt the bird that sings, Flying past volcanic rings, Mountains soaring, lush with green Water's beauty, pearly sheen. Water, fire, earth and wind, Bound together to begin, Do not fret children of life Dark and light will shine through strife. The Stars That Support Us |
Oh Star Of MineYou are the brightest star
Shining in my sky. Cold as ice, oh so nice, Yet hotter than the sun, oh my! You are the shining star, The only one in my eyes. You dazzle me so, that's all I know, That you are the star of my life. Oh, I wish I could sit, closer to you, But I know I'd just melt in your eyes. I wish I could feel as wonderful as you, But oh my, oh my surprise. The stars that shine in the sky, I feel they're coming to a new hue. I think I realize why you shine... It's because lovely, I love you. Pains of All SortsPain comes in more forms than one can count,
And for every level there's a limitless amount. There's plenty for everyone to get their own share, And each type of pain needs its own kind of care. From the stabbing and throbbing of a crampy ache, Such as the swelling of sadness during a heartbreak, To the searing, burning, itching of the skin, That's scraped wide open to let anyone in. Pain is not mine, and pain is not yours. Pain is a thing that nearly no one adores. But still, it is part of what makes us alive. Without it, though sad, could we really survive? |
